No reservations are required. Business is very good during weekday lunch. There is no bread for the meal, so I had to order one myself. The ciabatta is really excellent, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, with a high water content and full of air. The tomatoes and olive oil on the top still have a good texture after being soaked. It was cold when I ate it, but the crust was still very crispy. White noodles, the wheat aroma is relatively light. The tomatoes and basil leaves are sweet and sour and refreshing, a perfect match. There is very little goat cheese, only a little bit of it. I can&#39;t taste the rich flavor, but I can taste some of it vaguely.
Beef fettuccine pasta. The beef is cut into large pieces of sirloin, fat and lean, slow-cooked until it is very soft and tender, and it tastes very satisfying. In the UK, except for Chinese restaurants, most of the braised beef you eat is pure lean meat. The taste of this beef is unexpected, I like it. The sauce is tomato sauce, nothing special, not greasy, so it&#39;s not too moist overall. The pasta is wide, not too soft, and retains a little bit of elasticity.
